Where do I find my username, password, or MAC address?
For 8K Player, your username and password arrive in your activation email. For IBO Player and MAG boxes, your device shows a MAC address (and Device Key for IBO Player) — send this to our WhatsApp support and we'll add your playlist.
The app says my login failed — what now?
Double-check for extra spaces or autocorrect changes in the username or password fields. If it still fails, contact support with your order reference.
How do I install IPTV Smarters Pro on Firestick?
