1. Acceptance of terms
By subscribing to or using IG IPTV, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
IG IPTV provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service. Full plan details are listed on our subscription page. Each plan covers one device / one active stream at a time, as described at checkout.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Plans run for the fixed term purchased (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and do not automatically renew. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change for future purchases, though your current term's price is locked in for that term.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for personal, non-commercial viewing, and not to share your account credentials or attempt to resell access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be in breach of these terms.
5. Refunds
If the service fails to work correctly due to an issue on our end, contact support within the first few days of your term for assistance or a refund, as outlined in our FAQ.
6. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, as streaming quality also depends on your own internet connection and device. See our setup guide for recommended connection speeds and troubleshooting steps.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, IG IPTV is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
